How to Last Longer During Sex Without Pills

How to Last Longer During Sex Without Pills

Premature ejaculation is both a problem for many men. A strong cultural emphasis is placed on male stamina, and this can cause anxiety and embarrassment for many men, particularly those who are new to sexual intercourse. Some men choose to use pills to correct this problem, but there are a number of alternative methods you can try to last longer during sex.

Step 1

Slow down. This includes your movements and your breathing. The natural inclination of most people is to increase repetition and pace of sexual intercourse in an effort to heighten stimulation, but if you lay off the accelerator a bit, you should be able to calm yourself down.

Step 2

Give yourself brief rests when you feel the onset of an orgasm. This not only delays your ejaculation, but also helps build up endurance over time, improving your long-term stamina.

Step 3

Lie on your back when having sex. When you are lying down, as opposed to supporting yourself on the top side, you use fewer muscles. This will let you relax and focus on controlling your orgasm.

Step 4

Remove yourself from the moment and try to think about something non-sexual. This won't enhance your pleasure, but it will delay the onset of an orgasm.

Step 5

Change positions. Trying new positions will stimulate your body in different ways and let you extend the time prior to ejaculation.
